Looking back 24/03/2017: Bolton Booming? Yeah Right!

Two years after my previous video "Proud of Bolton?" I was still very much disappointed with the state of my town centre. I again walked around Bolton Town Centre. I took photos of as many empty, derelict or uninhabited buildings I could see. I actually may have missed some - so there may have been more. My video title was in response to our "then Council Leader" who had stated that Bolton was booming. It really didn't look that way to me.

I wanted to get this video as far and wide as I could, as I wanted to guilt the council into sorting the town centre out. I know that people in the council saw it, but nothing much changed.

Maybe; now that the council has changed from Labour to Conservative, I may get my dream of my town being sorted out. We shall see. I may have had more clout if I'd have been elected as a councillor. Maybe next year?
